London Women’s Clinic is a leading private fertility clinic delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a patient-centred environment. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Fertility Nurse to join our multidisciplinary clinical team.
The role
As a Fertility Nurse at LWC, you will manage a clinical caseload and provide safe, high-quality nursing care across the fertility treatment pathway. Working closely with consultants, embryology, nursing, and wider teams, you will ensure care is delivered in line with LWC SOPs and HFEA requirements, while contributing to clinical governance and service improvement.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver compassionate, patient-centred care throughout fertility investigations and treatment
* Manage a clinical caseload in accordance with SOPs and regulatory standards
* Support safe clinical practice and act as a point of reference for patient care and quality
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient pathways
* Support the development of new nursing staff once competent
* Take part in the on-call rota (telephone-based) as required
About you
Essential:
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
* Relevant post-registration experience (fertility, women’s health, or acute care desirable)
* Strong communication skills with a warm, empathetic approach
* Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
* Commitment to clinical governance and high standards of care
Desirable:
* Ultrasound scanning experience (preferred but not essential)
