Senior Product Manager – Product & Experience Location: London (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Product & Experience | Type: Permanent Shape meaningful products that improve customer outcomes across financial services and energy. The Role As a Senior Product Manager within Capco’s Product & Experience practice, you will lead product strategy in complex, regulated financial services environments, with AI and data as core enablers of value. Working closely with clients and Capco teams, you will create products and experiences that are valuable, usable, and commercially sustainable. This role requires a Product Manager who not only builds AI -enabled products, but actively uses AI as part of their own workflow - from discovery and insight generation through prioritisation, delivery, and continuous optimisation. Operating at the intersection of financial services expertise, product leadership, and applied AI, you will help clients move from experimentation to scalable, production-ready outcomes.
