What you will do:
Conduct timely duty assessments for children and families, ensuring urgent needs are met and next steps are initiated.
Collaborate with multi-agency teams to ensure cohesive support plans for safeguarding children.
Provide advice, guidance, and emotional support to children, families, and carers.
Maintain accurate and detailed case records and reports, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
Take an active part in team meetings and case strategy discussions, contributing to effective and informed decisions.
