What you’ll be doing (with our support every step of the way):
* Helping review and improve our ways of working – making your mark by spotting opportunities for positive change.
* Delivering and supporting health, safety, environment, and food standards inductions – guiding new starters on their own journeys.
* Working with contractors on-site (like waste management and environmental services).
* Supporting the depot team with compliance issues – solving problems quickly and knowing when to escalate.
* Carrying out essential safety checks – from fire alarms and emergency lighting to cleaning schedules and PPE.
* Monitoring warehouse conditions and storage temperatures to keep everything running safely and smoothly.
* Preparing reports for the management team on training and compliance – helping keep us on track.
