We are seeking a highly skilled IT Regional Site Lead to join our Information Technology team. This role is both a frontline support position and a technical liaison for global infrastructure needs. Based at our Head Office in Clayton West, you will provide prompt, high-quality end-user support while serving as the on-site smart hands for our US-based Infrastructure and Operations teams with visits to other sites as required. This is a pivotal role in ensuring seamless IT operations across the region while embedding global IT standards and policies at a local level. Key Tasks Providing responsive, professional IT support to users via phone, email, chat, or in person. Troubleshooting hardware, software, and access issues, and offering training on new technologies. Acting as on-site smart hands for the global Infrastructure & Operations team, assisting with server, network, and hardware troubleshooting (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.). Performing routine maintenance, including software updates, patching, backups, and account management, ensuring compliance with global IT standards. Monitoring system performance, proactively identifying issues, and escalating complex problems as needed. Collaborating on IT projects, technology rollouts, upgrades, and process improvements. Maintaining accurate records of user interactions, system changes, and contributing to knowledge base documentation. Managing local third-party vendors and partners in alignment with the corporate IT teams direction. Key Skills and Qualifications Required Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Strong technical foundation in networking, server administration, and IT infrastructure. Proven troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team. Professional IT qualifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL) are desirable.
