We are looking for a naturally kind, caring and compassionate Care Assistant to join our established team of dedicated Carers.
As a Care Assistant, you will be expected to deliver a high standard of personal care while promoting the independence of our residents. Our ethos is to support our residents in achieving their desired outcomes and helping them get the most from their lives.
Between 20 to 30 hours a week including alternate weekends.
The shifts are Early shifts from 7:30am to 1:45 pm, Late from 1:45pm to 8pm. Long day shifts are 7:30am to 8pm.

We are looking for
* Someone with experience working in care, either within a Residential/Nursing home environment or community work.
* We provide full in-house training. You must be willing to undertake mandatory training.
* A good team player but also able to work on own initiative
* A flexible approach to work
* The ability to treat people with dignity and compassion & to respect them as individuals.
* Someone who is looking to progress within their role with additional training, support & development.
* You will be required to take part in the weekend on call rota - on average every 3 months (we pay an on-call bonus plus overtime if you are required to work on your weekend)
