Qualifications:
* Management or leadership qualification (desirable)
Registration and training:
* Registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
* Training in supervision, leadership, safeguarding, and risk management
* Commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
Experience:
* Significant post-qualification experience in social work
* Experience in a supervisory, senior practitioner, or management support role
* Strong knowledge of statutory frameworks, safeguarding, and risk assessment
* Experience of multi-agency working and service improvement
* Understanding of performance management and quality assurance processes
