PACKAGE:
* Basic Salary - £60,000
* OTE – up to £90,000

Overview
Seeking an experienced and motivated Aftersales Manager to join the team. As the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the aftersales operations of the company, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. This is a key leadership role that requires excellent communication, organizational, and sales management skills.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to maximize aftersales revenue and profitability
* Manage a team of aftersales staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
* Monitor and analyse KPIs to identify areas for improvement
* Ensure efficient and effective handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of aftersales activities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business
* Implement upselling techniques to increase revenue from aftersales services
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in aftersales practices
* Utilise software systems to track customer interactions, sales data, and service history
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette when interacting with customers
Experience
* Previous experience in aftersales management or a similar role
* Strong sales background with a track record of achieving targets
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Experience in upselling techniques and strategies
* Proficient in using CRM and sales tracking software
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
