The Role SEN Learning Support Assistant In this engaging and fulfilling role, you will support pupils across a variety of Key Stages within the classroom. You'll play an important part in helping students access the curriculum, stay engaged in lessons, and achieve their individual learning outcomes. You'll need to be adaptable and proactive, supporting pupils to build confidence and develop independence. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with class activities, encouraging participation, and supporting both academic progress and social development.
