Job Purpose: Responsible for leading Medical Operations at KKI with the introduction and maintenance of robust capabilities across the region and medical business units Key Responsibilities: Operational execution of Medical Affairs Evidence Generation projects Pivotal leadership of MA budgeting, budget tracking, and MA monthly reporting to the Global Medical Affairs office Line management responsibility for a team of x9 Managing all cross-franchise operational processes Medical Affairs capability building Responsible for process improvement activities Responsible for providing support to the Regional Medical Affairs Digital Transformation and implementation of associated platforms Working closely with the Medical Affairs Leadership Team to fully implement customer relationship management and other software systems in Medical Affairs Work in close collaboration with the Global Medical Affairs Office colleagues and other regions Position Requirements: Significant relevant industry experience with proven track record of operational excellence and project execution Relevant scientific degree or appropriate certification Demonstrated ability to interact with people and help lead change, to facilitate team discussions and drive optimal team performance Project Management skills and budget tracking experience in a matrix organisation Line management experience Deep understanding of Medical Affairs This role will be based in Marlow (unless otherwise specified) with some national and international travel, including Japan.
