This is a key role within our Finance Operations team, where you will act as a true business partner to operational and commercial stakeholders.Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will provide insight-led financial reporting, support strategic decision-making, and help drive commercial performance across a £34M operation. What You'll Do: Commercial Partnering & Decision Support Partner with Retail, Hospitality, Sponsorship and Events teams to drive commercial performance Provide financial insight and challenge on pricing, promotions, and product mix Support data-driven decision making and attend commercial planning meetings Lead pricing strategy across hospitality, boxes and event offerings Financial Reporting & Insight Produce accurate and timely management accounts, including variance analysis Deliver weekly flash reports and monthly commercial dashboards Analyse customer behaviour, channel performance, and product trends Produce raceday and post-event reports, highlighting key insights and opportunities Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting Lead commercial revenue forecasting across all P&Ls Support annual budgeting and reforecasting processes Ensure robust financial data integrity and provide clear, actionable insight Operational Performance & Cost Control Support operational teams in managing costs and delivering P&L performance Analyse staffing models, cost of sales, and product mix Identify risks, inefficiencies, and revenue leakages, recommending corrective actions Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with operational and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting Support capital expenditure proposals and operational planning Drive best practice financial controls and continuous process improvements Leadership Manage and develop a small finance team, fostering a high-performance culture Support the Senior Finance Manager in delivering timely, accurate financial reporting For a list of responsibilities please view the attached job description What You Bring: Part Qualified accountant, towards the end of finishing their studies. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills with experience in management accounts and reporting developments Desirable to have good working knowledge of SAP or other primary accounting systems. Experience in operational and financial controls and continuous improvement Desirable to have knowledge of a high-volume hospitality / restaurant / F&B environment.
