Field Sales Executive – Weetabix
If you have experience working in Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s or Morrisons, or you’re a Field Sales Rep looking for a larger brand, we want to talk to you. Use your knowledge of how stores run to drive growth for the UK’s #1 breakfast brand.
Salary
£25,500 to £30,600 per annum (OTE) + Hybrid company car + incentives.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Location
Maidstone, East London, Dover, Hastings and surrounds.
Responsibilities
* Own Your Territory: Visit major grocery stores (Big 4) daily to build relationships with Store Managers.
* Fix the Shelf: Ensure stock is moving, gaps are filled, and the perfect Store model is executed.
* Secure the 'Win': Negotiate for high‑impact secondary displays.
* Use Data: Use your tablet and sales data to show Store Managers why they need more Weetabix on their shelves.
Qualifications
* Retail/Field Experience: You’ve worked in a supermarket or have experience in a field‑based role and understand store operations.
* The Negotiator: You’re not afraid to walk into a store and talk to a manager to get things done.
* The Driver: You hold a full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months.
* The Independent: You enjoy the freedom of being on the road and managing your own day.
