We are looking for a proactive and diligent person to join our team in the role of Business Analyst, CIB Licensing Review (secondment to September You will be required to interact with a wide range of key stakeholders, including broader CIB Business Risk network, risk stewards (including Regulatory Compliance, Operational and Resilience Risk) and other supporting functions.

In this role you'll:
* Requirements gathering, analysis and documentation of complex business processes
* Documenting business requirements and working with technology and business teams to support solution design and implementation
* Mapping, simplification and standardisation of processes
* Supporting definition of policies and procedures, including final documentation
* Defining global RACI, roles and responsibilities
* Partnering with stakeholder across CIB, Risk, Compliance and Control Functions
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
* Experience in business analysis, solution design, change & implementation or consulting activities
* Excellent communication skills with experience in interacting with both IT and business individuals at all levels of an organisation
* An ability to articulate complex issues clearly and concisely through both written and verbal presentations at meetings and governance forums
* Previous knowledge and experience of working within or closely with risk and compliance teams; knowledge of control frameworks, control design and automation
* Knowledge of licensing and registrations for banking / investment banking staff
* Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view
