We are now investing heavily in digital transformation and lifecycle marketing, and this role is a key part of that change. This is not a “business as usual” email role. We are shifting from one off campaigns to a structured CRM and lifecycle programme, and you will play a central role in building it from the ground up. You will own email and marketing automation across patient, referrer and corporate journeys, helping to improve conversion, engagement and retention. If you enjoy shaping journeys, adding structure and seeing the impact of your work quickly, this role offers real ownership and visibility. This is a hybrid role, with regular travel to our Patient Engagement centre in Rochdale. This is a 12-month fixed term contract, working on a full-time basis. What You Will Do • Own and deliver all email and lifecycle marketing activity across Vista Health • Design and build automated journeys across acquisition, nurture, booking and retention • Develop segmentation and targeting strategies using CRM data • Support B2C, B2B, referrer and corporate communications • Improve the quality, consistency and performance of all email activity • Work closely with marketing, digital, data and commercial teams to align messaging • Track performance and continuously optimise journeys and campaigns • Introduce structure, process and best practice as our CRM function grows About You • Experience in email marketing, CRM or marketing automation • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and customer journeys • Confident working with data, segmentation and performance metrics • Experience using an ESP or marketing automation platform • Comfortable working across both B2C and B2B communications • Clear and confident communicator able to engage multiple stakeholders • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Organised, collaborative and able to bring structure to new processes Nice to Have • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM • Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries Whats in it for you We offer a fantastic benefits package, which is available through a mobile-enabled rewards platform, called InJoy.
