Private Client Solicitor, 1-3 PQE This Law Firm is an award-winning practice in Lichfield. They have a long history and have a well-established private client department, predominantly drawn from the industrial West Midlands. They are seeking a well rounded and adaptable Private Client Solicitor with attention to detail but most importantly, a strong commitment to client care. About the job: Currently the PC dept consists of 3 fee earners, and secretarial support. The role involves the full gamut of responsibilities including assistance with marketing and development of the department and taking of new enquiries and follow up. You will need to drive as the role involves attending client meetings in Lichfield, West Bromwich and surrounding areas, undertaking casework and achieving fee target. You will report directly to the Head of Department, and if appropriate, the training of junior team members. About the person: This is a challenging, stimulating and exciting role and you will have a good grounding in all the areas of work in the Private Client space and will be able to work largely unsupervised. Obviously, you will be keen to make your mark on this challenging, rewarding and changing area of work and thus driven to succeed; organised and personable and a good leader. Ideally you will have at least 1-3 years PQE in this area of work and preferably a 2:1 degree. The option to work from home is available though attendance at the office will be required a minimum of 2-3 days per week.
