Role Overview
As a Senior Pitch Designer, you will play a pivotal role in defining and communicating the creative vision behind our client pitches. You’ll be responsible for producing high-impact, visually engaging pitch presentations and design collateral that bring ideas to life and clearly articulate our approach.
This position requires a balance of conceptual creativity, visual storytelling, and commercial awareness. You will collaborate closely with design, marketing, and business development teams to deliver presentations that inspire confidence, win clients, and embody our design ethos.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Pitch Design & Creative Direction:
* Take ownership of the design and production of pitch presentations and supporting materials.
* Develop visual narratives that respond to client briefs and capture key design intent.
* Produce concept imagery, mood boards, presentation layouts, and visual storytelling assets.
Collaborate Across Teams:
* Partner with business development, strategy, and design teams to align creative output with project objectives.
* Support the wider bid process with innovative design solutions and presentation ideas.
Maintain Brand & Design Standards:
* Ensure all presentation materials meet the company’s design and brand guidelines.
* Uphold a consistently high level of visual quality and attention to detail.
* Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
Enhance Visual Communication:
* Develop impactful infographics, diagrams, and layouts to convey design intent and process.
* Contribute to or oversee the creation of 3D visuals, renderings, and animation sequences for pitches.
Drive Innovation & Creative Thinking:
* Stay informed on workplace design trends, materials, and emerging technologies.
* Introduce new ideas and design approaches to enhance storytelling and presentation quality.
Skills & Experience
* 5 - 8 years’ experience in commercial interior design, ideally within the design & build or workplace sector.
* Proven track record in preparing and delivering successful pitch or bid presentations.
* Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote).
* Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual communication.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Confident communicator, comfortable presenting ideas internally and to clients.
* Familiarity with 3D design and visualisation software (SketchUp, Revit, Enscape, or similar).
* Understanding of branding, marketing, and business development principles.
