Engineering Office Administrator - Leeds Are you an organised, motivated individual looking to make a real impact in a dynamic engineering environment? Were seeking an Engineering Office Administrator to support our team with quotations, customer communications, and general office administration. Location: Leeds-LS12 4BD Salary: £25,000-£28,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent About Us: Our client is a specialist provider of substation solutions across the UK. From design and refurbishment to operation, maintenance, and contestable works. Currently they are seeking an individual Working closely with the SF6 Service Manager, this role plays an important part in the preparation of SF6 service quotations and the smooth running of office operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist with preparing and issuing quotations for SF6 services and related enquiries. Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, and customer correspondence. Liaise with suppliersto gather pricing, lead times, and technical or commercial details. Produce and format professional documentation including quotations and cover letters. Create and issue customer documentation and certification packs. Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including email and diary management. Support general office administration tasks such as document control, scanning, and filing. Assist engineers with preparation of project documentation. Skills & Experience: Excellent organisational and time management skills. Clear and confident written and verbal communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Detail-oriented and able to follow structured processes (training provided). Ability to prioritise andmeet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
