* Effective communication skills enabling maintenance of high quality services and ensuring timely management and resolution of unexpected events and situations. Ability to communicate with all members of the multi-disciplinary teams locally, and with referring units.
* To support the implementation of the Recovery Package trust wide with primary and secondary practitioner.
* To ensure the continuum of health and wellbeing events for newly diagnosed cancer patients and develop programmes for each site specific cancer ensuring they meet the needs of the cancer patient.
