The role requires a highly organised, discreet, and proactive individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced UHNW environment and can travel with the family when needed. Key responsibilities include managing private households, liaising with the family office team, overseeing complex diaries and appointments, and arranging high-end travel and luxury bookings. The role will also involve handling day-to-day personal support and ad hoc requests. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting UHNW individuals or families, strong organisational skills, and a flexible, service-driven approach.
