About The Role
As a Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve.
You'll be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs, making critical clinical decisions using your professional judgment. Your duties include developing tailored care plans, administering medication safely, and ensuring excellence in all aspects of your role. As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you'll have the autonomy to do things the right way and be truly valued and respected for your contributions.
About You
You need to have current NMC registration and a strong knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices. Experience in producing detailed care plans and risk assessments, along with understanding regulatory frameworks such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, is essential. Dedication and compassion are vital, and you'll pride yourself on a person-centered, thoughtful approach to nursing.
