Your Responsibilities as a Shift Leader
Responsibilities include leading a team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be expected to supervise daily operations and support staff to deliver exceptional service.
Who Thrives in This Role
The ideal candidate has previous leadership experience, ideally in a food service or fast-paced retail environment. You should be confident leading a team, quick to solve problems, and committed to maintaining high standards. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll interact with customers, team members, and management. Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and understanding technology and performance tracking. Able to multitask without compromising quality.
Basic Qualifications
To be considered, you must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation to and from work. This is a physically active job and requires the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Friday and Saturday availability is required, meaning you will be expected to work at least two weekends per month.
