We are seeking a Lecturer in Business to join our team at Chester Campus. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an innovative and inspiring educator to provide learners with outstanding learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teach on a range of Business courses
2. Undertake tutorial support and related administrative tasks
3. Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young persons
4. Market and promote the provision to employers and stakeholders
Key Person Specification Requirements
1. Teacher trained (PGCE, DTLLS or CertEd) or working towards
2. GCSE Grade C (4/5) in English and Maths
3. Degree in relevant subject (or equivalent) is desirable
4. Evidence of ongoing professional development
5. Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion in work and learning environments
6. Up-to-date occupational experience
7. Enhanced DBS check
We welcome applications from Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and industry practitioners without a teaching qualification. All staff will have access to a comprehensive Lecturer Development Programme, including inductions, mentorship, and support for completing teaching qualifications.
