Primary Supply Teacher Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across Early Years to Upper Key Stage 2
* Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and school cultures
* Maintain positive behaviour and classroom management
* Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding
* Provide feedback to class teachers and/or SLT when required
* Support pupils in achieving learning objectives in a fun and engaging way
* Be a reliable and professional presence within each setting you work in

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Experience across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2
* A genuine passion for primary education
* The ability to quickly build rapport with pupils and staff
