Job Description
The Interim Governance Officer will:
3. Provide administrative support to governance committees and boards.
4. Ensure compliance with governance policies and procedures.
5. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and related documentation.
6. Monitor and update governance frameworks and records.
7. Liaise with stakeholders to maintain effective communication regarding governance matters.
8. Assist in drafting reports and governance-related documents.
9. Support the C-Suite team with governance-related queries and tasks.
10. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Governance Officer should have:
11. Experience in a governance or compliance-related role ideally from a membership body.
12. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
13. Proficiency in preparing reports and maintaining records.
