The role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience, growing sales and supporting the daily operations of the store in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract. Contracted Hours: 4. Pay Rate: £8.51 - £12.60.
Responsibilities
* Greet customers and provide great service by listening to their needs.
* Provide perfume advice as the store experts; training will be provided.
* Help the team achieve and exceed store and team targets; participate in incentives and recognition programs.
* Offer every customer a rewards card to maximise future offers and savings.

* Commission at Christmas based on store sales and hours worked.
* Regular hours with a rota provided at least 4 weeks in advance.
