Multi-Trained Operatives Location: Phillips 66 Humber Refinery, South Killingholme, DN40 3DW Hours: 38 hours per week Shifts: Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 4:00pm, Friday 7:30am – 1:30pm Salary:Competitive, plus benefits Benefits: Free daily lunch allowance, staff car park, PPE provided About the Role We are seeking reliable and versatile Multi-Trained Operatives to support the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and tool store at Phillips 66 Humber Refinery. You will work as part of a team to ensure all warehouse activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. What you'll do: Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with daily operations, including inventory control, receipting, locating, work packing, counting, and issuing materials Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently Load and unload vehicles, including chemicals, oils, and lubricants Dispatch goods for repair or overhaul, coordinating with third parties as needed Operate specialist warehouse equipment, including Counterbalance, Reach Truck, Aisle-Master, and Rough Terrain Forklifts Operate the Kardex storage system, managing stock and resolving faults Process work pack requests and ensure materials are correctly located and accounted for Maintain high standards of housekeeping, ensuring items are labelled and stored properly Manage tool store operations, including issuing, receiving, replenishing, and record-keeping using Tool Hound and SAP Restock vending machines on site as directed Process goods receipt documentation and maintain required certification and paperwork Ensure bicycles and tools are serviced and records are maintained Resolve discrepancies in SAP and maintain accurate stock records Carry out audits and stocktaking as directed Follow all company safety and quality procedures, reporting incidents or suggestions as required Provide excellent customer service, responding to internal and external requests in a professional manner What you'll bring: Previous warehouse or tool store experience Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery Knowledge of SAP and/or inventory management systems Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work in a team and independently Health & Safety awareness and compliance Strong communication skills Reliable and punctual Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Customer-focused with a collaborative approach Able to follow instructions and work safely at all times Why Join Sodexo?
