You will be joining a fast-paced environment in a production and distribution logistics hub with circa 150 colleagues across warehousing, despatch and production. Job Description As a Shipping Manager you will report in to the Supply Chain Director on a daily basis. You will be responsible for the following areas for responsibility across the Chesterfield office: * Ensuring the full end-to-end delivery of all goods internationally via air, sea and road import and export. This includes all raw materials to our various production lines across EU, UK, US and Australia - alongside the shipping of finished manufactured goods - all through 3rd party shipping providers. * Negotiating shipping rates and managing carrier performance on a review basis. * Providing shipments that are delivered OTIF, across a variety of INCO Terms and within a cost effective manner. * Managing a small team responsible for export and import d...
