We are actively looking to engage administration professionals with a passion for production and manufacturing operations for a new role as a Order Processing Administrator (Manufacturing) in Nottingham. This role is offered on a part-time basis, across Monday to Friday - with the ideal hours of 10:00-14:30.\n\nClient Details\n\nOur client is a market-leading producer of high-end manufacturing machinery distributed across the worldwide. With around 61 production and distribution sites across the world (in Europe, USA and the Far-East).
You will be joining a fast-paced environment in a brand new production and distribution logistics hub with circa 50 colleagues across warehousing, despatch and production.\n\nJob Description\n\nAs a Order Processing Administrator (Manufacturing) you will report into the Site Production Manager on a daily basis and will be responsible for the following areas of responsibility within the Nottingham site.\n\n * Managing and accurately input and entering customer order details into the dynamics manufacturing system and database\n\n * Verifying order details, including product availability, pricing and customer information\n\n * Co-ordinating with production, despatch, shipping and external couriers to ensure timely order fulfilment and invoicing.\n\n * Monitoring order status and providing updates to both business and general customers\n\n * Resolve any discrepancies or issues relating to order processing promptly.\n\n * Maintaining all order records and related documentation\n\n * Generating and distribute reports related to order processing activities.\n\n * Support continuous improvement initiatives in order processing workflows\n\nThe Ideal Candidate\n\nThe successful Order Processing Administrator (Manufacturing) will have an expansive background in administration order processing, ideally within a manufacturing based operation and will have the following skills & experience:\n\n * 1+ years' experience of order processing ideally within a manufacturing environment.\n\n * Computer literacy is key for this appointment. Ideally, experience with Dynamics is advantageous.\n\n * Experience within manufacturing, logistics or engineering is desirable.\n\n * The ability to work part-time hours (ideally 10:00-14:30), however, the hours on offer can be adapted for the successful candidate.\n\n * The ability to work flexi-time to assist with the operational requirements\n\n * Commutable to Nottingham site on a daily basis (near to Queen's Medical Centre).\n\nWhat's On Offer?\n\n * £25,000-£28,500\n\n * 33 days annual leave\n\n * Comprehensive bonus package (circa 10%)\n\n * Access to a growing career ladder\n\n * World-class training & development within one of the UK's fastest growing markets
