Service Support Officer/ Admin needed in Southampton, £13.26ph PAYE - 5289022
Responsibilities
* To be part of a multi skilled team, delivering high quality services from a centralised hub to both our internal and external customers.
* To work with internal and external customers through multiple contact channels.
* To ensure internally and externally raised cases are managed accurately and efficiently and resolved at first point of contact where possible.
* To provide a wide variety of support to high volume processes and tasks such as; data input and management, financial transactions, managing applications, incoming and outgoing calls, receptions, and being flexible to requests for assistance.
* To deliver excellent customer service to all users of the service centre.
* This role will provide operational and administrative support on defined activities that support the effective running of our authority, meanwhile continuing to build a more successful and sustainable organisation
Contract
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
