Job Description
Are you looking for a role where you can make a difference to students everyday? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day is different? Do you enjoy resolving queries and supporting students to get the information they need, when they need it?
As part of a dedicated team of Student and Campus Enquiries Coordinators, you will provide excellent customer service and a welcoming, supportive and knowledgeable service to students across face to face, and virtual channels. You will also engage in proactive communications to students via a range of channels and on a variety of topics. As a Student and Campus Enquiries Coordinator, you will manage a high volume of enquiries and requests with a range of complexity. You will guide students through available interventions and identify when they would benefit from advice or intervention from colleagues in mental health and wellbeing, disability, or academic support teams. You will work in a collaborative, student-centred way to unpick and resolve challenges with students and colleagues across the university, ensuring students are informed and empowered to make the right decisions for themselves.
