Premises Assistant - Primary School - Enfield, North London - ASAP Start
A well-regarded Primary School in Enfield, North London is seeking a reliable and proactive Premises Assistant to join their site team on a full-time basis. This Premises Assistant role is available for an immediate start and will run Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm.
The successful Premises Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the school site is safe, secure, and well maintained at all times. The school is looking for a hands-on Premises Assistant who is confident using tools, carrying out basic repairs, and responding quickly to site-related issues throughout the school day.
Key responsibilities of the Premises Assistant:
Carrying out general maintenance and basic repairs as a Premises Assistant
Using tools safely and effectively as a Premises Assistant
Supporting with health and safety checks across the site as a Premises Assistant
Setting up and clearing away equipment for school activities as a Premises Assistant
Assisting with site security, including locking and unlocking duties as a Premises Assistant
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of external and internal areas as a Premises Assistant
The ideal Premises Assistant will:
Have previous experience working as a Premises Assistant, Caretaker, or Site Assistant
Be proactive and able to work independently as a Premises Assistant
Have good knowledge of tools and basic maintenance tasks as a Premises Assistant
Be reliable, punctual, and flexible as a Premises Assistant
Be confident working in a busy school environment as a Premises Assistant
This Premises Assistant role offers stable, full-time hours within a supportive primary school environment in Enfield. The school is keen to appoint a dependable Premises Assistant who can start as soon as possible.
Applicants must have an Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one through us, the agency.
