This respected regional firm is looking for a Civil & Employment Litigation Solicitor to help shoulder a growing caseload and cover for a senior colleague currently on extended leave. You ll work alongside a Chartered Legal Executive, a trainee, and two dedicated secretaries with no shortage of complex, interesting matters already waiting for your expertise.

The Work
Your caseload will be broad and hands-on from day one. Key areas include:
* Boundary and property disputes
* Contentious probate and trust matters
* Contract and commercial litigation
* Construction/building disputes
* A high volume of specialist motorhome litigation
* Some employment law matters (approx. 10%)
You ll be encouraged to dig into the detail, grow your technical range, and become a trusted advisor to the firm s loyal client base.
What They re Looking For
* 3 4 years PQE as a civil litigator (flexible for the right candidate)
* Solid grounding in general litigation; some employment law experience preferred
* A forensic approach to problem-solving and an eye for nuance
* Strong written and verbal communication with a human touch
* Self-motivated, humble, and happy to collaborate with others
* Someone who asks questions, shares knowledge, and leaves their ego at the door
