As an already successful UK-based business, we are seeking an ambitious, committed, and self-motivated candidate to help support our UK growth and wholesale customers. This is an autonomous role with the scope to shape one of the company’s most exciting growth opportunities.

Main Purpose Of The Role

You will be responsible for managing and developing current UK customer accounts whilst also identifying and developing new business opportunities within the UK marketplace. You’ll focus on maintaining and developing existing accounts, ensuring our customers feel supported, informed, and inspired, while also identifying and bringing in new wholesale opportunities to grow the brand’s reach.


Responsibilities

* Manage and grow relationships with existing wholesale customers, ensuring they are fully supported.
* Provide exceptional customer service and product support to ensure long-term loyalty.
* Identify opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts.
* Research and approach potential new wholesale customers in line with brand values.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and account management.
* Regularly report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.


Requirements

* Experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management.
* Strong relationship-building skills.
* Knowledge of how to achieve sales targets and KPIs with new and existing clients.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Resilient and driven.
* Positive and proactive approach.

Salary

£28,000 – £30,000 annually


Schedule

Monday to Friday


Work Location

In-person (Aylsham, Norfolk) preferred, with remote or hybrid options depending on location.
