Role: Automation Test Lead - Quality Engineer - Automation
Location: Remote within UK (occasional travel to Birmingham/London)
Eligibility: Minimum 5 years of continuous UK residency
Work Authorization: UK Citizens only
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage end-to-end test automation activities across the program
* Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks and scripts
* Coordinate automation activities with functional testing and quarterly regression cycles
* Manage automation tooling, reporting, governance, and stakeholder communication
* Coordinate onshore/offshore automation development teams
Mandatory Skills:
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Proven experience with automation frameworks and automated testing
* Hands-on experience in scripting, execution, debugging, and regression testing
* Experience with Selenium-based frameworks, JIRA/Xray, or equivalent tools
* Strong planning, governance, and reporting capabilities
Nice to Have:
* Experience with Oracle Fusion or other cloud ERP SaaS platforms
* Exposure to Ignite Quality Platform
