Position Overview
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse Warranty Line Operative in our logistics warehouse. Your main responsibility will be supporting customers in claiming warranty with various vendors within the Service Level Agreement (SLA). The ideal candidate will demonstrate high accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Experience with administration, warehouse management systems (SAP), and web portals is highly desirable. You should be a team player with excellent communication skills and be able to focus on serial number and asset tracking throughout the warehouse process. You will collaborate with the wider team to manage warranty claims for vendors such as HP, Lenovo, and Dell.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 15:00
37.5 hours per week

Main Responsibilities
1. Processing components and devices on SAP, ServiceNow, and ITSM systems.
2. Updating SAP records accurately.
3. Coordinating with courier partners.
4. Checking warranty status on vendor web portals.
5. Raising RMAs and claiming warranties via vendor portals, considering financial implications and timeframes.
6. Collaborating with third-party suppliers to process warranty claims.
7. Dispatching warranty parts back to vendors.
8. Maintaining warranty management databases and error-handling tools.
9. Managing SLAs and resolving queries within agreed timeframes.
10. Using Excel for reporting on vendor warranties.
11. Ensuring accurate serial number and asset tracking.
12. Producing delivery notes and courier labels from partner websites.
13. Meeting Personal Performance Targets (PPT).
14. Maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
