What you'll do…
The Project Coordinator – Global Learning & Development supports the successful delivery of global training programmes by coordinating timelines, content, logistics, and data across multiple sites and stakeholder groups.
The role ensures training plans, materials, and sessions are organised and executed to standard by maintaining programme schedules, managing content version control, arranging trainer and learner readiness activities, and overseeing logistics for both local and international training delivery.
This position also administers learning systems, supports reporting and governance routines, and acts as a central communication hub across L&D, Operations, Engineering, Quality, HR, and external partners. Through structured coordination, strong documentation discipline, and proactive issue management, the Project Coordinator helps ensure operational capability is built on time, safely, and consistently across the global network.
As part of a dynamic and high‑performing PMO team, your key responsibilities include:
Lead creation of project plans, timelines, and schedules.
Coordinate tasks, dependencies, and milestone tracking.
Maintain project documentation, trackers, risk logs, and change logs.
Prepare reports and dashboards and presentations for HR leadership.
Schedule and manage project meetings, prepare agendas, and record actions.
Assist with vendor management and invoicing for L&D-related project initiatives.
Handle administrative tasks for L&D PMO teams.

What you'll bring…
Essential
Background in managing long‑term projects (2+ years), including coordination, tracking, and stakeholder alignment
Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Experience supporting the delivery of projects across cross‑functional teams
Ability to communicate project status, risks, and actions succinctly
Understanding of tracking, documentation accuracy
Comfortable producing reports and slide decks for leadership
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Desired
Awareness of L&D interventions and quality standards
Ability to work with L&D leadership, PMO, line managers, external vendors
