Job Description This role involves managing stakeholders, projects, and commercial aspects while driving process improvements and fostering team motivation. Stakeholder Management: Collaborates closely with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met. Build and maintains relationships with stakeholders. Project Management: Effectively manages the end-to-end process of developing and implementing projects, adhering to timelines and budgets. Creates detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. Redirects project resources and activities to overcome setbacks; elevates project concerns to senior levels of leadership when appropriate Process Improvement: Identifies and implements process improvements for increased efficiency and customer/user satisfaction. Planning: Plans effectively, considering timelines, milestones and deliverables. Motivation: Motivates others to achieve high performance. Commercial Management: Provides invoicing and forecasting management for allocated projects.
