Contract Manager – Building Services

You will be working in the Building Services OU based in 51 Moorgate to create healthy workplaces and efficient facilities that improve people’s lives. Through collaboration and innovation, we deliver high-quality solutions that make a lasting, positive impact for people and communities.
Responsibilities
* Manage all Building Services directly employed staff to ensure their performance meets the agreed and acceptable standards for service delivery.
* Manage agreed KPIs and SLAs, ensuring best use of all resources to meet targets.
* Responsible for managing the company’s H S and environmental performance on sites.
* Recruit new staff (temporary or full‑time) to ensure the site is adequately resourced.
* Manage the company’s quality procedures on sites.
* Represent Skanska at all client meetings and (pre & post) audits, closing actions and progress meetings, highlighting improvement items.
* Responsible for managing Risk Register/F‑Gas/Asset replacement verification.
Qualifications
* Ideally 5+ years’ experience delivering a Hard Services FM contract.
* Management and technical qualification.
* Experience of managing large commercial sites or a portfolio of sites.
* Management experience of service delivery in high profile offices.
* Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients.
* Ability to manage and prioritise a varying workload.
