Only fully qualified Beauty Therapists with at least two years' proven salon experience and based locally to Highcliffe will be considered for this role. Please only apply if you meet these requirements.
We're looking for an experienced therapist with a strong background in professional beauty treatments and excellent attention to detail, who can deliver an exceptional client experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Carry out the following treatments confidently and to a high professional standard:
Gel nails
BIAB
Manicures
Pedicures
Massage
Additional treatments such as Lash Lifts and Lash Extensions are preferred but not essential
Tailor each treatment to client needs, offering personalised advice and care
Create a welcoming and relaxing experience, ensuring every client feels valued
Maintain impeccable hygiene and organisation, keeping tools sanitised and work areas fully stocked
Keep knowledge up to date with current beauty trends, techniques and products
Clearly explain treatments, address client questions, and manage any concerns with professionalism
Proactively recommend additional services or products that complement client results
Qualifications & Experience (Essential Requirements)
Fully qualified Beauty Therapist with recognised professional certifications
At least two years of proven salon experience delivering treatments to paying clients
Confident and experienced in gel nails, BIAB, manicures, pedicures and massage
Based locally with reliable transport to and from Highcliffe
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills with a professional, approachable manner
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required
