We're looking for an efficient Operations Co-ordinator who has a passion for delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Compiling accurate management reports
* Prioritising and coordinating schedules to meet deadlines
* Ascertaining customer needs and directing enquiries
* Communicating effectively on complex issues
* Assessing cost implications and adhering to budget constraints
* Ensuring compliance with security policies
* Meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance targets
* Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction
* Adhering to company policies and procedures
* Demonstrating positive FACE behaviours
* Maintaining cost control
* Working with relevant business systems (e.g., SAP)
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
* Planning and organising your own workload
