Key Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Listen and understand to ascertain customer needs and recommend product solutions
2. Identify sales opportunities to help future growth
3. Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application
4. Develop applications that effectively accomplish client objectives and user needs
5. Install applications and confirm proper communication between equipment and systems
6. Answer telephone calls and provide price and deliveries to customers/sales with Technical Support as required
7. Produce quotations to specification/best practice requirements for relevant products
8. Prepare, coordinate and monitor the assigned engiMonitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
9. Ensure important/critical customer contact information is input into the CRM system Sales force in a timely manner
10. Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission & values
