1. Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
2. Operating within licensing laws at all times
3. Paying attention to detail in drink presentation
4. Restocking the bar before and after events
5. Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area
6. Working effectively as part of a team
7. Being friendly, professional, proactive, and punctual
8. Having confidence behind the bar and relevant experience in hospitality, catering, or bar settings
