Graduate Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Location: Bristol, United Kingdom
Contract: Permanent, Full‑time, On‑site/Office based
The Role:
* Support commercial activity across the Southwest & Wales region.
* Participate in a two‑year graduate programme, combining classroom learning with on‑job training.
* Receive support for career development, including chartership assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maximise commercial results of projects.
* Manage procurement and financial control of sub‑contractors.
* Prepare monthly financial reports to forecast net margin and activity using company tools, procedures, and rules.
* Liaise and collaborate with construction and design teams on contractual matters.
What you’ll need:
* Degree with at least 2:1 in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline.
* Genuine interest in the construction industry.
