We are looking for a Head of Information and Cyber Security to lead the development and execution of our Information and Cyber Security strategy. This strategic leadership role will ensure our Information and Cyber Security strategy aligns with business objectives, manages risks effectively, and supports our continued growth. You will work closely with our Chief Transformation Officer and Head of IT.
What will I be responsible for?
* Develop and execute the information and cyber security strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective risk management.
* Provide strategic leadership and expert advice across all aspects of information and cyber security.
* Oversee the daily operations of the information and cyber security function, including the design, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of security infrastructure, platforms and software.
* Establish, maintain and enforce information security policies, standards, procedures and controls.
* Lead cyber security incident response efforts, coordinate recovery plans, and ensure capabilities are tested and effective in mitigating incidents.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards, including undertaking audits as required.
* Monitor emerging threats and evolving cyber trends and proactively recommend improvements to enhance security.
As Head of Information and Cyber Security, you would generally have:
* Proven track record in delivering information and cyber security strategies within a matrix environment.
* Strong technical understanding of information and cyber security infrastructure.
* In depth knowledge of security standards, frameworks, and compliance regulations.
* Demonstrated leadership experience managing security teams.
* Hands-on capability when required, including managing complex or high-impact incidents.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical audiences.

Where will I be working?
We’re incredibly flexible about where, when, and how you work: we don’t want anyone to be prevented from coming to work for Saltus as a result of the working pattern that they’re looking for. You will be based out of our London or Whiteley office for two or three days each week, working the remainder of the week from home. You’ll also need to be able to travel to our other office locations, as required by the role.
