Job Opportunity: Electrical Engineering Graduate

Programme Details: The 2025 Graduate Programme begins in September 2025, lasting two years, focusing on developing technical, interpersonal, commercial, and management skills. Participants will engage in hands-on experience, training with the Ibec Academy (accredited by TU Dublin), and mentorship from senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand operation and maintenance of mobile and fixed plant and equipment.
2. Participate in process projects aimed at sustainability and efficiency improvements.
3. Prepare technical drawings and documentation.
4. Maintain high health, safety, and environmental standards.
5. Coordinate and oversee maintenance and upgrade operations under management guidance.
6. Communicate effectively with employees and contractors.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Relevant third-level qualification in Electrical, Building Services, Automation Engineering, or similar.
2. Team player with a positive attitude.
3. Clean driving license.
4. Good interpersonal skills.
5. Proactive, organized, results-driven, and self-motivated.
6. Knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Ability to meet strict timelines.
9. Strong computer literacy; proficiency in AutoCAD or similar is desirable but not essential.
