We are currently looking for a Nursery Room Leader who has amazing people skills and a proven track record in leading a team to run our baby room. You will need to build the special relationship with parents through your communication and actions and give them the confidence that they are leaving their most precious baby in safe hands. You will have a hands-on approach to running the room, always modelling good practice. We are looking for someone who is proactive and has high standards for their room.

We ask that you hold a full and relevant qualification at least a Level 3 in Early Years and experience of working with babies.

In order to provide a safe and secure environment for children in our care the post holder will be responsible for implementing the policies and procedures of the nursery. They will also need to be able to follow EYFS statutory regulations.
