Base pay range
We're currently looking for freelance Domestic Energy Assessors throughout the UK, qualified to create Energy Performance Certificates, seeking additional ad hoc work.

Requirements
* Excellent communication skills
* Punctuality, reliability, and confidence working independently
* Fluency in English (verbal and written)
* A recent DBS, Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate (within last 3 years)
* Valid Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
* A valid Assessor ID
