Your Role
and What You'll Be Doing
You will be joining the Lifestyle Estate Planning team working in a busy environment and will need to handle a challenging workload.
Core responsibilities will include:
1. Making sure all team files are in good order and databases are kept up to date
2. Supporting the Real Estate team with processing searches
3. Manage travel and accommodation arrangements
4. Co-ordinating fee earner diaries
5. General administrative support
6. Acting as a key contact point for clients and colleagues
7. Handling fee earner queries by email, phone & MS Teams
8. Arranging diary appointments, organising meetings
9. Managing the billing process and accounts housekeeping
10. Assisting with the organisation of business development events and activities
11. Deeds scheduling on-site at regional office on an ad-hoc basis
12. Attending regional office to support business needs when required
About You
13. Legal assistant/secretarial experience working with experienced fee-earners would be desirable, however we would be open to candidates who have experience of administration/secretarial experience in a professional environment
14. A good understanding and knowledge of relevant case management systems
15. Brilliant client care skills and good verbal and written communication skills
16. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
