You'll be the face of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression, building long-lasting relationships, and going above and beyond to make our customers happy. As a retail supervisor, you’ll serve customers, support the Store Manager, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, and stock shelves. What you'll do
Retail Supervisor in Weymouth
35 hours per week
* Supporting: Standing in for the Store Manager when needed, motivating and engaging the team, coaching to grow sales and achieve targets.
* Mucking in: Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch, and preparing orders.
* Delivering great service: Providing excellent customer experiences with a smile, coaching the team to do the same.
* Building relationships: Ensuring customers leave satisfied with everything they need for their jobs.
* Creating a positive environment: Maintaining product availability and branch standards, making the branch a great place to work.
