We’re looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming specialist school in Devizes, working with pupils aged 4 to 19 who have a range of needs. About the Role As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small-group support to help pupils access learning and build independence. Assist teachers in creating an inclusive, supportive classroom environment. Support children with personal care and daily routines where required. Implement individual learning plans and behaviour strategies with guidance from the teaching team. Build trusting, positive relationships that help pupils feel safe, valued, and encouraged. Experience supporting children or young people (school, care, or community settings). A genuine passion for helping children with additional needs thrive.
